Fifteen Dollar Sewer & Drain

I called the listed number at 7:15 AM, which was not the office number, and was asked to call the office. They answered promptly and told me someone would come between 10 am and 1 pm, but they would call first. Around 9:55, someone from the office called and asked if this was a good time to send someone. I said yes, and Derek arrived around 10:40 or so. He asked about the symptoms and asked if I had a cleanout access outside. Since the toilets did not caused water to come up in the shower, he used a power snake in the shower. The first time he went in, it didn't work and he said the snake had gone up the vent. He reversed the rotation, went in again, and had it cleared very quickly. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He did not clean up the shower pan, though, which was covered in black gunk. Last time I used them, they did clean it up. Also, last time I used them, after clearing the drain, the tech sent the snake down 2 more times, to be sure it was all clear. Derek did not send the snake down again after it cleared. B for overall quality because of the lack of cleanup and for not sending the snake down at least one more time.

I tried snaking the drain myself with a manual snake, but was unable to clear it.
I called late Saturday afternoon and they could have come as early as Sunday morning, but I was busy and put them off to Sunday afternoon and got a 2 hour window.
They called earlier in the day to let me know that they had earlier openings if I wanted them to come earlier.
Benny arrived with another guy to help him.  After checking the nearby sink and toilet and asking if I had any other problems, he went straight to work with the snake and cleared the drain within a couple of minutes.  After cleaning the hair off of the end of the snake, he went back in 2 more times.  After he was satisfied it was clear, he wiped down the shower pan.  The whole process took about 20 minutes from start to finish.

Would use them again, no problem.

They came in, did the job quickly and professionally. All good.

Overall good service. Arrived just at the end of the 2 hour window they scheduled. Could have done a bit better job of cleaning up but it was acceptable. Serviceman was friendly and got the job done quickly.

When i called the the $15.00 sewerand drain co.they said it would be two hrs for a teck to arrive. He arrived just a little over
an hour (that was good) After looking at the sewer situation and determining and discussing with me what the best,and
safest way to do this job ,and Iagreed with him. He called in for more help and another person arrived in about 20 minutes.
They went right to work after an introduction.I was able to observe them from a window in the bathroom while I was watching
the water level in the shower stall for them so i know how much of the snake they had to use. (all).
Before I agreed and gave him the job the 1st person did explain to me about the city water district and the city-cleanout and their policies depending on clogged sewer lines at or around the cleanouts.I Felt they were truthful and honest with me.I thouht they were very professional and made a good positive company impression . They were fast and efficient and clean.

Before calling I had expected ( as i have experienced in the past with other companies) to pay much more and be treated and talked to like my clogged sewer was an end of the world catastrify that only they could fix and that they had me by , well, you know (the twins).

When the job was done and their taillights disapaired our sewer lines were the cleanest they have ever been, My wife was happy,
and I did not feel like I had just been ripped off. Did I mention that my wife was happy!!

Called moto rooter for a clogged drain.. too expensive... saw these guys on the road while driving.. called the number.. showed up in 1/2 hour and fixed the drain clog in 15 mins which was deep down 50-60 ft. quick and cheaper. on my dial list, until they break trust. !

Fast, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received!

They have several locations. They have always come on time and are very reasonable. We were very happy with what they did. There was nothing that we disliked about them because they were courteous and did the job for us. They were very good as far as we were concerned.

They were okay. I thought the service would be less expensive.

Called, said someone would be out within an hour. They were. Couldn't get external drain access open. Going from under sink was too unwieldy due to many bends. Called another truck out with a newer snake but didn't charge me time spent waiting. Happy with servic.

I have been pleased with their service. No complaints.

In desperation, we called another unnamed drain company that wanted $1700 and couldn't do it till the next day. Very suspicious. Then we checked on Angie's List and found these guys. One man was out within a half hour; he inspected, deemed it necessary to access the drain via the roof vent and apologized that it would take an hour for his assistant to show up. In less than three hours total, the drains were reamed and cleaned and water was flowing again. In order to do the job, they had to climb up on the roof line in a pounding rainstorm, at dusk, to get the work done. We would ONLY use this company in the future. They were exceptional, timely and very very well priced.

The plumbers from Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain Company came in and fixed the leak. They also warned me about another problem they noticed. They told me that it would be a more expensive job and that it would take them another visit to do it. I would consider using them in the future.

I called them based on the recommendation I got from somebody. They were awesome. I was freaked out about how much it would cost, but it wasn’t a lot of money. They did a fabulous job. I was extremely happy with them. They were just good. The job done by them was great. The guys who came out were great. They worked really hard and did a really good job. They let me know when they wanted to leave. They were nice guys. They were great all around. Their politeness and dedication to their job was outstanding. I didn’t do a whole lot of comparison when it came to their price, but it seemed pretty good to me for the work they did. They seemed to have corrected the problem. They did a great job of putting it back together again; the cement work nice. Their responsiveness was perfect. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
