I can't say enough good things about the Falcone team, in particular Tim and Alan. We got multiple competitive quotes and are so happy to have chosen them. I can honestly say that they were the most professional, courteous, and polite people we've ever had do anything on our house - ever. They adjusted schedules, worked tirelessly, and did all the little things to make sure the job (installation of 2 new furnaces and air conditioners) provided as little disruption as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they were outstanding.

Great - replaced furnace with 2 way heat pump. Worksmanship was excellent and they worked long hours to complete on time.

Mike and his professional crew installed the first ever HVAC system in our older home. From start to finish, it was a great experience. They are top-notch specialists, communication was great, and they were all patient & kind as well. Prices are excellent for the work & service provided. And we are pleased to support a local business. We love our new system, our utility bills are 2/3 lower, and we unequivocally recommend Mike, his crew @ Falcone Plumbing & Heating.

The company was the only one available at the time. It was cold that day, and we were just coming up on Thanksgiving. The tech arrived, found the problem and got the machine running through the weekend, and we were very grateful. We are grateful that the tech got the equipment running- but we were disappointed by everything after that moment.

I thought they did a good job. It took them two hours to do the work. It was aligned perfectly with the new sink, which made it easy to install. I would use them again. The worker was very nice and professional. He did show up on time.

Workmen were rarely on time, but their work made up for the inconvenience.

This company provides excellent service. They always are on call so if you need them they are always there. They have great people working for them. We have used them a few times over the years. They have always done a good job for us at a reasonable price. I will continue to use their service.
