EXTREME HEAT SOURCE

It was a very good experience.  Keith, the owner, came and checked out the job himself.  He answered all of our questions.  He and his associate, John, installed the unit in a very expert way.  They kept their word.  They did what they said they were going to do.  Everything was fine.  We had to have some additional work done.  We had to re-negotiate the price and that was good.  He was willing to talk to me about that.  I felt really good about the whole transaction.  The only problem I had, which is very common, but it was sometimes hard to get him to call back as quickly as I would have preferred.  This is common with most busy contractors.  They were wonderful when they were here and they did good work.  Getting the owner to call back was sometimes a little problematic, but he always did eventually.  He came to the house and dealt with our concerns.  He is a good guy.  The outfit is well run.

Extreme Heat Source was great. We were very pleased with their work. The money spent was well worth it. They easily converted my wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace. I was referred to them by a local contractor. I was able to go their showroom to see the different products that they offer. They provided us with great advice. The workers are very knowledgeable.
