Eva's Housecleaning

Eva and her crew cleaned a house we had rented for 4 years, arriving just as our movers were preparing to leave.  Overall they did an excellent job.  My wife, who is particular about cleaning, agreed with this assessment though she did find a few small areas that had been missed.  Nothing major, however, and what was cleaned really looked it.  Indeed, I was asked to find out what products they had used, as neither of us had been able to get the glass shower door and stall looking as good, despite the use of lots of ammonia based products.  Additionally I paid a bit extra to have them return to the house and move our trash to the curb for pick up.  They were good to their word and did so in a punctual manner, even communicating with me after this had been done.  Overall I'd give them an A for service.  The fact that our landlord fully returned my deposit is as good testimony as anything to the quality of their work.

She showed on time and did a decent job with the cleaning.  However, I found her to be more expensive than a previous company I used, and she didn't do anything extra to account for the increase in price.  In addition, I found the Big Deal's description to be a bit misleading because the company sent two people out to clean for three hours instead of six.

What they clean they clean well. The service includes cleaning hardwood floors, dusting, and bathroom. Unfortunately the miss areas like one of the bath tubs or forgot to clean the kitchen floor, but the owner was very quick to send a touch up crew to cover these over sites.

Eva's housekeeping visited us for the first time on December 4th.  My meeting with Eva before the service was prompt, friendly and we agreed on a price for every-other week cleaning.  I was a little disappointed with our first cleaning, however, I have not had a chance to talk with Eva to explain what was not done properly and I'm confident it's a learning process for both of us and it will be corrected in the future.  I will say I am impressed with Eva's personality and promptness and I will continue with her service.

Eva team did a great job.  They arrived on time, they were polite and very easy to work with,  they did a through cleaning and they even cleaned the ceiling in my ktichen the house looked wonderful.

Overall I felt the experience didn't go well. On the first 2 appointments they were late: 45 minutes late on the first appointment with no follow up.  I decided to let them come and do the work anyway.  I really wanted to work with them. The only time I felt like my home was noticeably cleaner was when they came and did their very first deep clean, however, my daughter's room was completely overlooked. They haven't moved the furniture in a month and a half; they have just cleaned around it. When Theresa (an employee) was made aware, she apologized for the work not being done consistently. She came in and cleaned the ceiling fan, base boards, and everything they hadn't done in previous visits. Eva advised me to let her know if I have any further issues with the service, which I did. When I notified her that my home wasn't cleaned as we agreed upon, Eva had a "take it or leave it attitude."  I offered to create a checklist as a resolution for the problem, and she turned her nose up at it. I felt very uncomfortable expressing these concerns to her. I would recommend her to people who aren't concerned with reliability. I would hire them again only if they were flexible and reasonable about correcting my complaints.

I have used Eva's services a handful of times over the past three years, mostly for deep cleaning.  They came today and once again impressed me!  Eva and her crew are always cheerful & friendly, professional and trustworthy in my home.  They do an amazing job, cleaning walls, floors and surfaces in every room literally from top to bottom!  I consider myself a pretty good housekeeper so I never think of my house as being very dirty.  But after they come I am always surprised and humbled at all the spots I always miss.  They just clean every little nook and cranny and not only does my house smell amazing, it seems to sparkle!  ;)  I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for regular or occasional cleanings!

She was very good, prompt and did a good job. She was thorough in cleaning.

We had just finished remodeling our hall bathroom so there was dust, dirt, and grime every where! Evas's ladies did a good job cleaning the nooks and crannies. It was a big job!

I called on Friday and she came out the following Monday. I was amazed with their work. My tenant left the unit in disarray. She had lived there for 2 years and rarely cleaned the duplex.  Eva came out and did an amazing job. They cleaned the whole place including the windows. She did the sink, mini blinds (really well), washed behind the stove and  cleaned all the tile as well. I was really impressed. This was a hard job and she did great.

Update: I had a towel rack laid that I noticed was no longer there. I called the company to ask about it and they said they didn't take it and the woman got very snippy with me. I wasn't accusing her but thought maybe it got taken by mistake or misplaced. This cleaning company along with a painter I have worked with for 25 years were the only people in the duplex. So I don't know where it could have gone.

They were very efficient, there were 3 of them.  They worked very hard and did a very good job.

Eva returned my call the same day and came over to give me a bid the next day. She brought a copy of her business license, the certificate of liability insurance, the BBB reliability report. She was friendly, enthusiastic, had great English speaking skills, and her fees were reasonable. I needed a deep clean and window washing inside and out. My house had not been professionally cleaned for two years, so quite a bit of time was needed to do the job. We set a date the following week, she and one other woman arrived a few minutes early and immediately got to work. They ended up staying 6.5 hours and really did a fantastic job. We have scheduled regular cleanings twice a month. The fee for the deep clean was $200 and the window washing inside and out was $160. I feel they earned every penny. My house is so clean it has lifted my spirits. I look forward to twice a month cleanings for $100.

Eva came over to give me a bid, she also gave me the copy of her business license, the certificate of liability insurance, the BBB reliability report and I must tell you, she has lived up to all of that. Normally, 2 girls come in, they clean the wood work, the windows and floor boards, clean the bathrooms and all the other rooms. They polish the furniture’s and they use a Webster all around the house. They are extremely efficient. We are extremely happy with their service and they way they handle it. The girls who come out don’t dawdle.
