Ernie's serviced my pool with no problems for at least a year. I hired them even though their price was higher because they were a reputable company. Recently they cleaned the filters next time they were cleaning my pool, I went out to talk to them. While talking to them I noticed the bleed off valve on the filter container was broke. I asked them about this and finally one of the guys said he did it but didn't tell anyone. They fixed it at my insistence. Ramon (I think) came to my home and said they would no longer service my pool because the 2 workers didn't want to come back! I called and left a message to have owner call me. He was unprofessional and arrogant. He told me I needed a single person to take care of my pool not his company. I can't believe they quit when the one worker broke the valve and didn't t!

We spend $110 a month. I've never had any issues with this company at any time. I trust them so much. We have a house that's on a corner lot within 50 yards of a school. We have to have our gates pulled to be open because of this. Not even that, but they need to be locked. Ernie's has to keep a key with them and use that key anytime they have to access our backyard. In all the years they have worked with us, they've never once lost or forgotten the key. That's amazing and the only provider we've ever had that hasn't lost a key.
