 + -1 moreExcellent! Eric sees a problem and figures out the solution. Our cracking wall was really a disaster and he came up with a long term, solid solution. Another crack that we've had forever where a wall meets the ceiling was a problem that he found a great solution to. We really can't recommend him highly enough. Plus he's fun to work with.
Description of Work: Repaired crack in drywall by removing old drywall and placing plywood sheer wall in place. Repainted. Placed tape over other cracks, mudded, skip troweled. Repaired crooked door and placed crown molding. We've also had bathroom remodels, outdoor deck replacement, kitchen lighting fixtures by Kallio Construction. Eric is ALWAYS very thorough, professional, and a craftsman. We found Kallio Construction by a referral. It's been a long and happy relationship!
