Energy Beyond Design

Referral to this company was made by Building Performance Services who conducted a complete Home Performance Evaluation. Tyler Lewis of Energy Beyond Designand his partner interviewed us, reviewed the evaluation and then conducted an assessment for pre and post testing. They were extremely informative and thoroughly answered all of our questions. They assisted us in determining how much work we should have done in this round and what to leave for further consideration. They included additional issues that we had with the house in their proposal. Tyler found other problems during the job itself and repaired them with no additional charge. He was available by cell phone for any new questions and introduced us to the insulation installer as well as the A/C expert for the dual temp control. He spent at least two hours with us for the first part of the job with pictures of areas needing improvement, and over an hour for the review of work done. He then sent a thorough description of all work done on a pdf file with pictures of the work. We left the home for a two week vacation while they did the work; the house was immaculate when we returned. I have been in this home for over 30 years and have never had it maintain the interior temperature against the exterior heat or cold so well. It is a job long over due and well done! I also have never had such a positive experience in having work done in my house which includes two remodels of kitchen, a re-build of a large deck, and remodel of master bath.
