In large part, due to Roland's ability to stay professional despite representing us as buyers in the most horrible real estate transaction he has probably ever dealt with. If not for his professionalism and knowledge, we kid you not, we would have just given up and walked away.
Description of Work: We worked w/realtor Roland Schulz for our real estate purchase and if not for him, we would have given up and the transaction would have fallen through. It was our first home purchase. We had a horrible lender that we were stuck with. The lender crippled the entire transaction and caused our originally planned 60 day escrow to end up a 120 day drawn out escrow and achieved upsetting us, the seller and everyone else involved. Despite seeing me lose it a few times due to the stress and upset with the lender, Roland kept his cool and we are so thankful for his professionalism and ability to keep cool despite the terrible situation we went through. His dedication, knowledge and experience helped us achieve homeownership. We highly recommend him.
