Stated he would be here 9/27 to do job. Crew showed up at l:30 pm and left at 3:30 stating they would be back next day to finish job. After several promises unkept as to when job would be finished, contracting crew finally returned and finished job October 3. On initial walkthrough I agreed to have monthly service to keep yard cleaned up. 3 months after finished job I received a bill for 3 months of yard cleanup that had not been done except one time. My BIG mistake, and one that I am aware of, is to NEVER,NEVER, NEVER pay for your job in total, up front. Pay a percentage up front and the balance on completion of the work.
