Vorn serviced my new mini spilt AC not cooling- he was really friendly and helpful, sorted the AC problem out quickly and efficiently. He was very professional identified the freon leak, water pipe issue and fixed the multiple AC issues. A great service, great repairman, polite, wore masks, left area clean. I was very satisfied with the repair to my AC. I highly recommend his repair service. I will definitely be using this company again.

This work was performed by the prior owner just before selling the house to us. Upon purchasing and living in the house for a while we discovered the true (lack of) quality in regards to the work performed. The plumbing from the remodeled bathroom leaked under the house, the laminate flooring was buckling throughout the house, and the interior painting was sloppily applied. ECS had provided a one year warranty on their work and we were able to contact them to repair the leaking pipes and buckling flooring. However, the person they sent out barely spoke any English and did a very poor job at fixing the issues. He used finish nails to secure the flooring but left the nail heads exposed to catch on rugs and feet. The plumbing "fix" started leaking again shortly after he left and we ended up calling a real plumber out to finally resolve the issue.
I cannot comment on how the work was actually performed and can only review the results. That being said, I would never recommend ECS to anyone wanting quality work done to their house and would advice everyone to steer clear of this outfit.
