Paul was pleasant to deal with. He showed us all the options and we decided to go with something long-term and high quality. Installation was quick and well done. There were some issues with cleanup after each day of work but no big deal. Would definitely use again.

Before engaging any sales person, make sure you do your homework and then engage the salesperson. What I looked for was what the salesperson is telling me and not telling me and take it from there. They were able to match competitor's prices. They let me know what will be happening each day. The crew was very courteous. They were on time and clean up each day. They monitor the weather reports and there was a potential rain coming in on Sunday and they put in the extra hours on Saturday to complete the job before the rain came. Great experience.

They did a really great job. They were really professional, and they were prompt. They had a really good attention to detail. The owner, although he wasn't doing the work himself, came out to inspect the work to make sure that it was up to standards. They were great.

I got sucked in by the well-spoken salesman. He had a nice sales presentation. He seemed to understand the special needs of my roof, & the way the re-roof should be done. All that was a scam, the salesman was apparently not in close communication with the Economy owner. After I paid the deposit, the salesman was unreachable. The owner did the pre-work tech talk and I had thought that went well. Again, that was a scam, because the owner didn't intend to supervise the actual work. In fact, the Economy roofing company doesn't actually do any roofing. They subcontract the job out to a cheap roofing company that you could hire for half the price you pay to Economy. The roofers who actually did my roof didn't work for Economy, and were probably from the local hardware store parking lot. On the BBB website Economy claims to have 4 employees which would probably be: the owner, his wife, the salesman, and somebody else. For follow-up, Economy isn't always easy to contact, doesn't always keep appointments
