Everything went well, the only problem was I had to call their office to find out were the drive was that was to deliver my box twice.

After placing the order through their website and talking with a customer service representative to confirm the details, their driver promptly dropped off the dumpster on the agreed upon day. I had laid out several large sheets of plywood on my driveway and he was able to expertly place the dumpster exactly where I wanted. The dumpster was clean and in good condition, aside from the typical dings and dents. Over the following weekend we filled the dumpster close to the brim with decking and other miscellaneous debris. At the end of the week Eco Box came and picked up the dumpster without any hassles. The only surprise came after they picked up the dumpster and informed me that we had exceeded the listed max weight and would be charged extra for the overage. The charge was not excessive, but I didn't realize how easy it was to go over the standard limit.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again for future work.

It’s a great company and we do a lot of business with them. We didn’t have to wait long; they were able to deliver a box when we asked. It was very convenient and they worked with our schedule, which was nice. I've never had to leave a message with them because they always answer their phones. I made the original call to them but I was able to do everything else online; it was a very smooth process.

Called them on a Monday morning and a pick up was scheduled for the next day at 8:30 AM. They showed up right on time and were very careful in backing their truck up my driveway. Driver gave me a quote and I agreed. They had two guys that were very polite and did the work very quickly. I paid them and they left. Total time was like 20 minutes. Very satisfied and would use them again. Very good prices as compared to their competition.

PROCESS WAS SMOOTH... WE SCHEDULED A DATE FOR PICK UP ONLINE, PAID FOR THE SERVICES ONLINE, THEY GAVE US A CALL TO CONFIRM, COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOME AS PROMISED.
