Beautiful job of installing our new bathroom faucets. The plumber who came out suggested a way we could fix the faucet needing repair ourselves, which saved us money.

My main concerns were a vibration in the house plumbing sometimes when the lawn sprinkler, on an automatic valve, shut off and the need to clean out the pressure regulator. This was a reschedule of a missed appointment--which I have already reviewed. I had asked for a specific employee because through previous experience I had a lot of confidence in his ability with both irrigation and regular plumbing, and had said I would accept nobody else.
Instead, they sent somebody else, without even checking with me. The person who arrived said nothing about the change in personnel, and initially I was confused, thinking that perhaps I had a poor memory for faces. But finally, while we were discussing the vibration problem and the pressure regulator, I asked and found out this was Ezekiel, whom I had never met before. When I told him that I wanted Gustavo, he accepted this, but wanted to investigate the problem more to pass the info. on to Gustavo. Since he seemed competent, I was willing to do this.
The upshot was that as we talked, I became more persuaded of Ezekiel's competence, but we couldn't get the vibration to occur during his visit, and without hearing that he was reluctant to take any action to remedy it; and I still wasn't sure I wanted him to do the work on it or the pressure regulator. However, I did have him repair the dripping faucet and install the new shower head. The discussion we had about the other problems was helpful to me.
The and quot;Cand quot; grades for responsiveness and professionalism are because neither the company nor the visiting plumber volunteered that the plumber I had specifically requested was not available.

They're very good. I would use them over and over. I used them twice. I was happy with them. They just come and just do the work. They didn't give me any run around or tell me that they have to redo my whole pipes. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. I really like them. They worked with me very well when I had questions. Their responsiveness was excellent.

They did the job and they were very reasonable. The price was very reasonable. What I liked was the price was reasonable, they were able to schedule somebody fairly promptly, so that was the upside. The downside was the person showed up late, there was no warning. I understand that sometimes there is a customer's prior job, sometimes runs over because there are issues that crop up that they can't foresee, but I would have appreciated if they had actually contacted me. Then there was a problem for us just because the nature of the work, there was something unforeseen and the plumber had to actually break something in order to snake out the drain that he had come into to do. Something had basically gotten stuck. And so he went out to get the replacement part and he promised to be back, but there was not notification and you know it was just bad communication. Nobody told us. I had to call up to find out when he would show up again and all that. The communication could have been better.

We called and they came out within thirty minutes and fixed the problem within an hour and a half. We had tried a snake and got nowhere. The estimate was $75 for one hour and $150 if they had to remove the toilet. I understand from our neighbors that our model house doesn't have an outlet opening in the front yard (don't know the official name).
We will definitely use this company again.

The young man who responded had never seen a bidet before, but he figured out how it worked very quickly and installed it without a hitch. It works very well. It's been awhile since this work was performed, so I'm a bit sketchy on the price and exact date; but I remember being very pleased with the politeness of the workman and his efficiency getting the bidet installed.

My experience with them was very good. They took longer than they thought they would and they were having some problems with the piping, but they completed the work in a timely manner, they cleaned up fine, and they patched up the sheet rock well. Overall, I was pleased with their work and price.

The man that I talked to on the phone when I booked the work said the work would take approximately two hours and the company charged $75 per hour labor plus parts. He gave me a rough estimate of $180 for the work. The workers seemed nice and very competent, but when they handed me the bill after 2 hours and 15 minutes of work it said "BID PRICE" in large caps and the price was double the estimate (approx $360). I was quite upset. Talked to the plumber who said that was the price and he didn't budge, so I called the office. The person on the phone was completely unaccountable. Said that they had to send two guys because it was a drain problem and that was a two man job and I had described a leaky pipe which is what the estimate was based upon. I asked him why they sent two guys if he thought the only thing wrong was a leaky pipe and he said that wasn't his fault, it was "dispatches" fault that they sent two people. There was no break down on the bill of the line item costs, just "BID PRICE" which was double the actual bid price. After the plumbers left I went to the toilet and they had thrown several paper towels into the bowl (not great for the plumbing) that I had to flush. I would never hire this company again.

It went well overall. Zeke was very knowledgeable and gave good advice.

Tim Arzate had to come to our home twice; 1st to diagnose the cause of the leak and 2nd to repair the faucet. The first time Tim arrived right on schedule the very day that we called. Through a process of elimination the small leak was discovered, and it was determined that we needed to purchase a new faucet and when we'd done that we would call him and he'd return to install it. Before he left I asked how much I owed him now. He answered: nothing now, pay when the job is complete! In other words, he trusted me to call him when I had the parts. A few days later I called and again he came that same day and did a professional job in installing the faucet. It was not easy for I have put Eagle Plumbing into my phone book as the plumber to call, and I highly recommend them.

He did a good job. They came when they said that they were going to come. It was a little to complicated for me to do so it was good that they came. I would probably use them again. I used them about two years ago so I don't remember everything that happened.

They were good and reasonably priced and they did even extra work and did not charge. They were professional. They were a little late and was not done on time, but it was okay.

The repair took less than an hour. He cleaned up all the mess inside the house and left the place spotless. He was very competent, had all necessary tools, and was pleasant to work with.

They are excellent and available to us.

Eagle is just great. I have been using their services for five years now and have always been pleased. They have done all kinds of stuff for me. They do everything from small faucets to sewer connections. They are very responsive and everything. Their prices are also reasonable. The city wanted to actually charge me $10000 for this job and Eagle only charged me $2000. Couldn't beat that. They saved us a ton of money. I do trust them in my home and they have great communication skills with you.

I have used Eagle plumbing on multiple remodels over the last 8 years. Rigo and his brothers are the best subcontractors in my portfolio. They are reliable, on time, clean and respectful to my customers.The prices are always within our budget numbers and I recommend them to everyone I talk to who needs a plumber.I just wish I could get the rest of my subs to model themselves after Eagle Plumbing.

This company is very honest, and hard working. I have many past experiences with Eagle Plumbing, and I have no complaints. The work that they do is outstanding. They are really good at what they do. We have worked with them for years. They do a lot of jobs for us. They do anything from basic plumbing to something major. They handle it well every time.
