Edna and her team are wonderful. She was very quick to respond to my email inquiries about her services, and was very professional when she came for the initial consultation. She was very clear about what gets done during my cleaning appointment, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Eand I charges a flat rate for their services, meaning they will clean your house until it is clean, rather than clean for an allotted amount of time and then stop regardless of how much work is left. I very much like that, because I know I will come home to a spotless apartment each time.
The work done by the team was impressive. They move quickly but are thorough. They clean everything - the even took the glass top off my coffee table to clean the bottom of it! They dust ceiling fans and vertical blinds, clean the burners of my stove, etc - things I don't even think about when I clean myself.
I cannot say enough positive things about Eand I. I'm moving out of their service area and am very sad I will not be able to use their services anymore! I highly recommend them.

My neighbor next door recommended them. They did a good job. They do a good job with cleaning. They do what I need. I think their price is reasonable. They are very responsive.

I found E and I House Cleaning through Living Social and they were lifesavers! We were getting ready to move our of our rental home and needed to take care of the dust, grime, pet hair, and general disgustingness that accumulates under furniture, etc. Edna and her team were incredibly thorough, and in addition to standards like the bathroom, floors and counters, they cleaned areas I wouldn't have even expected---inside drawers, along window frames and baseboards, inside microwave, the front door entryway (outdoors) to the home. It was definitely a deep cleaning. Despite the fact that we were using a Living Social coupon and moving out of their service area, Eand I spent a LONG time at our home and didn't cut corners. They were also friendly and professional. When they finished, our once-filthy home was sparkling and looked exactly the way it had upon move-in. Thanks largely to the beautiful cleaning job, we got our full security deposit back!

The only issue we had with Eand I was that they were 45 minutes late for their appointment, but that was due to complications at a prior job. Nonetheless, Edna did a good job of communicating with us and letting us know when they'd be coming, when they were on their way, etc.

I just wish that Eand I worked over on the Peninsula...I hope lots of people hire them so they can expand their operation and come visit our new home! You won't regret it--they're awesome.
