I called and asked how much they would charge to remove 20 cubic yards. They quoted me 210. My gardener canceled so I canceled and they easily rescheduled for the next week. I talked to them about how much I had and how sure they were that I would fit in 20 cubic yards. They assured me it would likely fit. When the guy came out he estimated it at 40 cubic yards. Which would be OK if he hadn't used the the maximum rectangle for what really was a pyramid. Finally after arguing with the guy he reluctantly agreed it might only be 27 cubic yards. (Our estimates are still lower). They also added additional charges that were not mentioned before. We got no receipt. They also mixed our pure garden waste with others stuff so it couldn't get recycled at the dump as they would normally do with pure garden waste. They didn't finish that day because the worker talked to his friend for at least 30 minutes so we had the stuff for another day.

"First have not been to this address she must have us mixed up with another company. Every customer gets a numbered written estimate copy - if they agree it is signed and that becomes the contract for trash removal.Further our per cubic yard $$ rate for 20 cubic yards with labor, tax and disposal fees would be much higher than $337."
