DRISKELL FUMIGATION INC

After only 4 years from the time the house was fumigated by this company I've got termites infestation once again! I have contacted several pest control companies to investigate and give me an estimate and all of them pointed out that that with this extend of infestation the most likely cause is bad fumigation. So not I have to re-do full fumigation because infestation is too widespread and I have to deal with termite damage which will cost me quite a lot. Well done Driskell, $2200 wasted and caused me lot more to fix now.
I remember that a some months after the fumigation was done I have noticed new droppings and called the company to come back and re-fumigate. They actually come back and looked at the issue and told that it's just old dropping and nothing to worry about. Thank you very much for the false info and reneging on your warranty.
I highly advise to stay away from this company and choose more reliable fumigation and pest control company that actually know what it's doing.

The service was okay. It was slightly above average but it was not exceptional. They did everything on time. The only thing that was a little off was that we had to get another company involved in order to do preparation work. They did make that clear. On the whole we were happy with their service and we would use them again. It is difficult to pin point.

I'd say this is the only contractor I've being working with and feel fully satisfied with their service so far. Usually you always left with a feeling that you overpaid or find out that something was done wrong later. This time NO. Their service is excellent, done in timely manner and within estimate. Very good communication, kept me up to date with their progress. The house was left clean and everything was in place. After I had a number of questions about fumigation the owner come back to meet me in the house and explained everything I needed to know. Very professional, highly recommended.

They were great. Their office communicated via email (which is what we requested). They showed up on time and did the job. After the fumigation we noticed that one of the gutter downspouts fell off the house. We contacted them and the owner came by and fixed it right away. Again - very responsive and professional.

Driskell Fumigation was very professional and did an excellent job. They were very communicative and accommodating. I needed to reschedule at the last minute, and they were able to work with me without any problems. Also, I was traveling during the scheduling process, and they were available via email fax and phone to make sure I got all the information I needed. They had to remove part of our fence to tent the garage and put everything back the way it was exactly. Very clean and professional. A pleasure to work with.

After we agreed to have work done, we had questions, even though we were sent instructions. Grace answered every question. A crew came a day before tenting and moved some heavy plants in pots and protected my climbing Jasmine against the house. They came on time and everything was put back like they were never here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
