Our Church is in the process of attempting to upgrade our meeting space to include seating for 40 extra seats. A small job, really. We have a retired architect in our church who has efficiently handled all the drawings and plans, and put them out to bid. Draeger Construction came back with the best bid - not the lowest, but seemingly the most efficient bid with lots of promises. They required a down payment to begin the project which was to begin the middle of July. Excuse after excuse, and lie after lie about permits, etc., etc. have been offered. One month later, they still haven't started the project and were once again caught in a lie regarding required permits. We just found out today from the City they haven't even applied for the permits which they claim the City is holding
Description of Work: ** Half down No services performed as yet - but they have our money!!!!!
