Owner came to make bid. Easy to work with. Three man crew performed work. Well organized and equipped. Very professional, careful, industrious. Finished job on schedule in three days. Cleanup well done. Careful with furnishings and decorations. Contract spelled out in detail and followed exactly, yet crew was flexible and understanding. Price was competitive. We are well pleased with the project and the result.

I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY AND BRILLIANT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. MY HOUSE LOOKS LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS.

I had a very good experience with this company. They do have average pricing. I wouldn't say it was good or bad. I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to other people. The guys at this company were very personable. They stayed out of our way and were clean and neat. The appearance of the workers was good.

CREW WERE PUNCTUAL, CONGENIAL, AND POLITE. TOO LITTLE ATTENTION WAS GIVEN TO PREPARATION OF SURFACES; THERE REMAIN SOME ROUGH AREAS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SANDED OR FILLED BEFORE PROCEEDING. CREW WORKED WITH TOO LITTLE LIGHT WHEN THEY STARTED EARLY IN THE MORNING. TRIM WAS SPRAY PAINTED WITH BEAUTIFUL RESULTS - LOOKS AS SMOOTH AS AN AUTOMOBILE FINISH. I FELT RUSHED TO COMPLETE A FINAL INSPECTION WHEN I WAS NOT READY TO DO IT. HAD TO CALL FOREMAN BACK TO FIX A COUPLE OF SPOTS; HE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND TOOK CARE OF PROBLEMS. I FELT THAT I HAD TO DO TOO MUCH OF THE SUPERVISING; THEY WAITED FOR ME TO FIND PROBLEM AREAS AND POINT THEM OUT, RATHER THAN LOOKING THEMSELVES FOR PLACES THAT NEEDED MORE WORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN KNOWING THAT I HAVE TO BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM IF I WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE WHOLE JOB TO THEM.
