+ -1 moreHE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE ENTIRE JOB CORRECTLY. HE SCHEDULED US IN ADVANCE AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD,FINISHING THE JOB ON TIME. WE WILL ALWAYS USE HIM IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT EVEN GETTING BIDS. WE OFTEN DO JOBS OURSELVES BECAUSE WE ARE SO PARTICULAR THAT JOBS ARE DONE 'RIGHT' BUT HE DOES IT EVEN BETTER THAN WE WOULD HAVE!
Description of Work: WE HAVE AN EXTREMELY OLD HOUSE THAT HAD NOT BEEN PAINTED IN OVER 15 YEARS. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB WASHING, SCRAPING, CAULKING AND PAINTING 3 COLORS ON IT. OUR HOUSE HAS A LOT OF EXTERIOR SQUARE FOOTAGE TO PAINT. HE STRIPPED AND REFINISHED OUR OAK FRONT DOOR, TOO. WE ALSO USED HIM TO PAINT THE ENTIRE INSIDE INCLUDING BASEBOARDS (ADDITIONAL CHARGE). HE IS EXTREMELY NEAT, SHOWS UP WHEN HE TELLS YOU HE WILL COME AND ALWAYS LOCKS EVERYTHING UP WHEN HE IS FINISHED.
