They had a problem with putting in the grab bars since they didn't have a screw driver that would bore through the porcelain. The worker had to stop and figure out how to remedy the situation. He had tried five different places in the bathtub to place the bar. He had to put tape over the holes so water wouldn't leak into them. It took him about two days to come back and finish the work. He had to go get a new drill bit that wouldn't crack the tile. Everything was fine after he found the right tools to use. His wife comes in with him so that she can explain things better to me. She even stayed after he left so that we could talk it up. He's very professional. He takes pride in what he does. I think his prices may have gone up because of the new equipment that he purchased.

Work was done well. Final product was of good quality. My issue was more with how he treated his employee. Treat everyone nice, and do not make disparaging comments about your employee to the customer. If you want a good tub refinishing then he does a good job. I would not rehire.

Surface turned out grainy and runny in a few spots, but small space made it difficult for him to see in the dense fog of spray. It was completed in time, and he was on time, but negative chatter on economic issues interrupted my work day and seemed excessive. Handing the phone to my husband to talk with his father was unprofessional. Caulking of edges not smooth. I think I would find someone more professional next time.

THEY JUST EXPECT THEM TO DO THEIR JOB IN A PRIVATE, PROFESSIONAL WAY AND THAT'S IT. I HAVE FOUND THAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T MIND A LITTLE CONVERSATION AND ENJOY AN EXCHANGE OF VIEWS. IF I OFFENDED THIS MEMBER, THEN IT WAS NOT MY INTENTION SO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT WAS NOT PERSONAL. ALSO, I LIKE TO HAVE FUN WITH MY BUSINESS. USUALLY, AFTER THE RE-GLAZING PROCESS IS OVER, THE RESULT IS VERY, VERY BEAUTIFUL. THE HOMEOWNER USUALLY IS SMILING AND VERY HAPPY AND I LIKE TO "CONGRATULATE" THEM FOR RECEIVING A BEAUTIFUL "DIAMOND GLAZE". THIS BRINGS A BRING LAUGH AND SMILE TO THEM AND THAT IS HEALTHY. THE "HANDING THE PHONE TO YOUR HUSBAND TO TELL MY FATHER" ALWAYS IS A WAY TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER LAUGH AND RELAX BY COMMUNICATING WHAT THEY FEEL ABOUT THE REGLAZE AND ALWAYS BRINGS MORE SMILES TO THAT CUSTOMER. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS JUST TO HAVE FUN AND IS NOT MEANT TO BE "UNPROFESSIONAL" AT ALL."

The company was excellent. I was very happy with the price for the work. The prices were great. The guy that came out was great. He was very nice, and did a wonderful job for me. I was very pleased with the quality of work. The employee was very professional, and the work was wonderful. I would use this company again.
