Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Not only was Tom able to come out the same day that I called, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and tried to effect repairs with parts he had on hand. Parts still had to be ordered, and he had to come back twice to finish the job. Each time he came when he said he would, and he called to let me know he was going to be an hour later than scheduled. He was very neat, professional and punctual, which I really appreciated.
