Excellent, excellent! They did a better job than FULL PRICE agents, and they did it for only $6,950 for their fee (plus standard fee for the agent on the other side of the transaction). This saved us tens of thousands of dollars in real estate commissions - unbelievable. And they did a better job than any full price agent I have worked with. They are expert, did lots of open houses and advertising, showed us any house that we wanted, helped in negotiations and close, etc. I would definitely hire them again. You would be crazy to pay full price for agents for expensive California homes, when these guys do a better job for a much more reasonable price.
