First, I am extremely happy with the cabinetry and would purchase cabinets from them again.  The cabinetry was built and ready for pickup in the timeframe they said it would be.  They forgot to give me the kickboard when I picked up the cabinets, but they called me a day or so later to let me know they would deliver it to my house.  My only issue with the salesperson I worked with was they had me purchase too many trim pieces that were not needed, and that stuff is not cheap!  I do not think she was trying to take advantage of me, I just think she didn't really understand how the trim pieces are used.  I explained the cabinets were being placed between 2 walls, and the upper cabinet was going to be installed so that it touched the ceiling (i.e. no gap between the top of the cupboard and the ceiling) and she ordered what she said I needed.  However, when my contractor came to install the cabinets, he said there was way too much trim and they shouldn't have told me I needed to order all of it.  If I were to order from Demetra again (I would love to use their cabinetry in my kitchen some day), I would make sure my contractor reviewed the order before it was placed.  I thought the cabinetry for my bathroom was pretty straightforward so I didn't think it would be difficult for me to place the order myself.  Live and learn, I guess!

We replaced an old and tired kitchen - after searching and meeting many cabinet vendors- we selected Demtra!   the product quality, workmanship and pricing sold us.   Hands down  very simple process from start to finish.  we did the work ourselves.  You meet with a staff, lay out a design, sign a contract, they come out and final measure, then you get your cabinets in 6 weeks.   They will deliver to your job.    Great quality-  cabinets are made ready to install- packaging is great- no damage to any units.   Cabinets were easy to install and look great.   For our next job, this will be our first and only choice.
