Terrible - Delgado committed to a timeline and failed to hit milestones on time. They left me with a complete mess. I had to pay to have my home repainted. Have nail marks that were protruiding through the sheetrock replaced at my own expense. I had to overhaul my plumbing that they installed. I am left with windows that are off center and arent equal height to the windows next to them. Doors dont close as they were hung wrong. Cabinets look like they had someone cut into them with a hacksaw and did nothing to finish them. None of my walls are stratight, My tile in my shower has cracked and grout needs to be redone in less than 12 months. The shower leaks and there are weird noises that come from the water heater and under the house that concern me after all I went through. 
Delgado tried to charge me for change orders when I called out his errors on windows and mistakes they made, when I refused to pay for the fix he told me his crew would no longer be there on the job if I didnt pay. He demanded payments arbitrarily and threatened me constantly  that hed leave my with the mess he made. Knowing I was paying two mortgages, he exploited my kissue and expenses to his advantage.
