Daniel and his team take a lot of pride in their work and want their customers to be extremely happy with the job. Everything was cleaned up everyday and the walkways had cloths so they would keep clean. The painting is beautiful and looks amazing with the new light fixtures, vanity, tub and low flush toilets.
I would definitely recommend Daniel and his team to work on your remodel or tiling project as their work is such an exceptional standard. The communication was thorough and made sense to me when I asked any questions, this is perfect for anyone who likes to see how things work! He was always very patient and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. His crew worked late evenings and weekends to meet schedule. Every time I talked to them they always had a positive attitude and answered questions.
Nine months later, cracks developed in the glass tile portion of the installation. Dan showed up within a week to inspect the issue. When he first arrived he took a step back and admired the entire installation. I could tell he took pride in his work.
He repaired the glass tile in 1.5 days and it looked as good as new.
Pros
- Stands behind his work and honored his warranty.
- Patiently answers questions and understands concerns. Sometimes he will ask questions to verify his understanding. I found this very re-assuring.
- Honest about not being sure about what caused the glass tile to crack. He gave some possible ideas as to what could have caused the cracking, but didn't try and BS me.
Cons
- While he offered some explanations for why the tile cracked he did not know for sure why. He also could not guarantee they would not crack again when the warranty ended. Since this situation was unusual and had a lot of unknowns I don't view this as strongly negative. Also, he was honest and didn't try to BS.
