THEIR SERVICE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM AND DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF, AND HE TOLD ME BECAUSE OF OUR WARRANTY WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY. THE EXPERIENCE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I CAN TRUST PEOPLE A LOT BETTER INSIDE MY OWN HOME.
