Reasonable rate for the services provided. When he first arrived with his workman, I was told it would be a minor repair and wouldn?t require payment up front. He came out several times after the project was completed to ensure the quality of his work. After several periods of rain, the roof still hasn?t leaked! It?s been several months and he still hasn?t collected payment. I appreciated his thorough follow up.

THE OWNER, AL LOPEZ, CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND DID REPAIRS. HE COULDN'T BE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED BUT SAID TO CALL THE NEXT TIME IT RAINED IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THERE WAS AND HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND MADE SOME OTHER REPAIRS THAT FINALLY FIXED IT.
