They didn?t do a good job in refinishing the cabinets and the granite countertops. They sanded the cabinets till the end of the soft wood underneath. There was also a crack on the granite. I would consider using them again depending on the work that I need to get done.

The people of Dalmatian Tile are very nice to work with. Overall they did an ok job but I expected better quality. The total job took 2 weeks. They did a better job on the first bathroom compared to the second bathroom. They rushed the second bathroom because they were running out of time. These are the major installation problems: Pipe inside shower drain is not flush with floor tile, as a result drain of the shower came loose after one month of use. After initial installation the hot and cold water of the shower valve was swapped. I noticed this immediately and asked them to fix it but it took several days before they did so. In the mean time they already closed the wall. It took them extra time because they had to open the wall again and wait for the plumber guy to fix the pipes. Valve of bath tub is installed too deep into the wall. As a result the valve handle scratches the wall plate when you open/close water. They had a problem cutting the wall tile. Along the cutting line the top layer of the tile chipped off. This leaves white lines at the tile edges. Did not match texture of wall while they said they would do this. Toilet is not installed perpendicular compared to wall. This looks really ugly.

I had shopped for quite a while and found his prices to be more than competitive in the field. I was impressed with the professional manner he and his workers exhibited. After I chose the granite, the entire job was completed in 1 1/2 weeks, with my kitchen unusable for only 4 days while the granite was being cut and polished. They were always on time and on schedule. They left my house clean and as neat as it could be under the circumstances. The granite and tile look beautiful and were professionally completed. My only complaint was with the electrician (Jasminm Konkic). We asked him to do additional wiring for us and agreed on a price of $100. One of the switches he installed did not work. He returned but was unable to fix it. He said that it was more complicated than he thought and would have to send in someone else with additional expertise in that area, and would charge an additional $50. The expert arrived. It took 5 minutes to fix the wires that Jasmin had mis connected.
