We had two concerns: 1. One large room is always chilly in winter, and 2. The way our dryer vented under and across the house was bad design. (It was that way when we bought the house.) After asking us some questions about how often the furnace runs in winter, Domingo suggested that since the large room was added on, the existing furnace was too small to provide enough heat for the whole house, and an additional duct in that room would also help. For the dryer, he suggested a couple of options for rerouting the vent. He was very cheerful and took the time to answer all our questions. His answers checked out with a knowledgeable friend, so we hired him. He had all the work done in a day and a half, with no mess and so far, no follow-up issues. He was very professional in attitude and had a great work ethic. We'd absolutely recommend him.

The repairman was very friendly & did quality work. He cleaned up very well after himself, & left no mess with all the tools & things he had out. The job was done right the first time & done at a very reasonable price for the work he did.
