"Sorry this member didn't call. We warranty our work for 30 days. We would have come back & retreat the effected areas with no charge. April 11,2003 was the cleaning of this vacant home. On 6/ 27/05 some of the carpet was re cleaned, but no mention of pet problem. I just saw this comment today 3/25/10 Sorry again!"
