Jim came over in Feb. 2010 for an estimate and I told him I didn't want a simple mow and blow lawn guy. I gave him a punch list of what I wanted and he gave me some rather high estimates. I sent him a letter along with payment for the April service of what issues I wanted addresses with no response. He obviously does not need to do more than mow and blow. I needed more of a service related to landscaping and repair + maintenance.
