Crown Plumbing did a re-pipe of our house in December 2020. They were one of several quotes that we got for the job and we chose them because of their combination of price, professionalism, and responsiveness, as well as the fact that they do wall repair afterwards. We were very happy with their work, which included follow-ups for city inspection and wall repair, and a small item with one of our toilets. When we had questions they were very responsive and helpful. Great experience overall.

I asked how much time would be required and how much it would cost. The scope of work planned was excessive in my opinion. And, the quoted cost was clearly excessive. A year ago I witnessed the same problem and work performed for a neighbor across the street. That experience convinced me to decline the current offer, and call another company. In all regards I'm glad I did. Get a second opinion! It can mean substantial money in your pocket.

The last thing one wants to do is re-pipe one's house, especially during a pandemic. But when the pipes in our kitchen gave out, we called Crown Plumbing to fix the problem. They told us we would probably need to re-pipe the house (we had very old galvanized pipes). We had gotten another estimate from another plumbing company who told us that they would only repipe but not patch up and drywall the holes in our walls and that we would need to do this ourselves. Crown came in at about the same price, but they also included wall and drywall repair (no painting but that's easy to do yourself). Freddy was who I initially worked with and he was friendly and knowledgeable and super cool and easy to work with and communicate with. The next day Crown Plumbing came out and replaced the pipes all in one day. The plumbers were very professional, thorough, wore masks and worked very neatly. We went the permitted route which I always recommend when spending a good chunk of money on repairs, and there were a few issues that needed to be resolved but the owner Abram, was super proactive, accommodating, communicative and responsive and saw to it himself that everything was taken care of. I know that some plumbing companies and contractors often have a bad reputation for trying to "get over" on their customers, but I was really happy with how much this family-owned business took care of me and my little family. Thank you for your awesome work and customer service, Abram, Freddy, Luis and the whole crew! I never thought I would say this but I love my new copper pipes! If you need a re-pipe, call these guys and you will be in good hands with Abram.

It is my first time to use Crown Plumbing service. They really did excellent job and the cost is reasonable. It took only about 45 min. I am very satisfied. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends and will use the company again in future.

Issue With Toilet plumbing

The rep came and said that both sink water lines were leaking badly and needed to be fixed; he insisted on going under the house to see what else was leaking and said the sewer was leaking badly. He was going to charge me $ 13, 700 and after I signed it he added $2000 and put my signature on it even thoughI didn't sign. He wouldn't do the sink line only. I cancelled next day and didn't pay deposit. Another company charged me $190 to fix one line, said the other is brand new, no repairs needed. I seriously doubted his sewer line story and lied to me about trenching anyway.

Came late on first afternoon and we decided it would be better to do the work the following day. He returned the following day, removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet; which we had as part of an upcoming remodel of a bathroom, took away the old toilet, took away the carton from the new toilet, wrote up the bill, gave us a 10% discount, we paid him by check and immediately used the new toioet.

Very well! This is the second time I used this company and both times have been great. Sal arrived exactly on time, knew what our problems were, fixed the problems and even cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't believe how much gunk he removed from the shower drain and the bathtub drain. Made me wonder if we should have all the other drains cleaned out. Another thing I really liked is that he replaced toilet parts with real Toto parts.

Michael came out and gave a quote. He explained everything that was needed to install a tankless water heater. The job was scheduled and completed in one day as promised. They cleaned up the mess left behind. It was as if we had always had a tankless water heater. Thanks to Crown, Michael and his team, we have hot water on demand.

Great, got some good insights on the process so I can do it myself in the future.

My hot water heater was under warranty. When the folks in Tennesse deciphered the code for what was wrong they shipped a new valve component. Mike, from Crown Plumbing arrived when he said he would and installed it. Unfortunately a week later the hot water heater went out again. The ddetection code indicated it was the burner this time. Tennessee manufacturer sent the burner component and Mike returned to install it. He was very prompt, informative, tidy and professional.

Very very well. He arrived 20 minutes early. He removed the old disposal and showed fittings had rusted substantially. Also it was hanging be two of the three attach points. After cleaning the corrosion he tried to reinstall but found that not possible. He removed the old faucet and installed the new one, and then installed the new disposal. Performed leak checks. (also discovered the companion sink leaked (removed, cleaned, and reinstalled the drain). I watched the whole proceedings. It is a delight to watch someone who so clearly knows what he is doing.

We called for service at 8am on Black Friday worried that it'd be hard to get someone to come out quickly on a semi-holiday. Victor showed up at the house before 11am and quickly identified the problems we were having, and after a quick trip to pick up a part, had things back in order in no time. Very friendly and quicker than we expected.

1. Replaced toilet with the desired new one in less than an hour. Perfect install. 2. Fixed water pressure problem in about 15 minutes. Found problem immediately. Both services were rendered in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

They gave us a fair estimate without any pressure and were efficient for scheduling. When it came time for the fix, they arrived on time and worked quickly. After they fixed it, it turned out there was a surprise bunch of tampons wadded further in the pipes. They came back to make sure everything was fixed and worked well. Thank you Mike.

The plumber showed up on time. He was cheerful and professional. He ran out to get a part, came back and put everything right without a fuss. Everything was done neetly and no mess at the end of the job. The final charge was right in line with the estimate and the work done. We can now flush with confidence.

Work on sink had to be repeated as new sink had damage to corner. This caused a one day delay. Also, workmen were vague on what time they would return to finish work. However, everything was exactly what I had wanted when they finished so I will use them again.
