I have been asking CrimeAlert for a refund of an overcharge for months and they keep telling me they will take care of it, but they are shining me on. We were good customers for five years and they are now trying to screw us out of a measly $93. If they do not intend to refund it they should say so but so far they keep lying bout it. Go with a more professional and trustworthy company.

Very Professional installation with minimum family disruption. Continuous Monitoring and notification as needed. Very helpful when needed, and courteous.

They provide a very timely service. When my alarm is accidentally set off, they are prompt in calling me to check, and see if everything is all right, and to make sure I have the right password.
