+ -1 moreWe thought the technicians were really nice, I think, but am not sure if they were Costco's people. We are not as happy as we thought we were at first. There were some problems. The guy was really nice, but I think it was his helper who broke something and did not tell anybody. He did not tell his boss and did not tell anybody. We found it. The carpet is nice and the salesperson was nice, but the installers were not that great.
Description of Work: We used Costco to take out our old carpet and lay new in three bedrooms.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job. They made it really easy. They helped us through the forms. They finished it quicker than expected. It was done for a great price. They had a coupon advertised. I would use them in a flash.
