Eric the owner and his staff were courteous, professional and on time. I have replaced the furnace and air conditioners at two homes, having dealt with numerous contractors I was very impressed by Eric who owns the company. Having an engineering mind set I ask a lot of questions, Eric not only explained his recommendations but also took the time to educate me on the different technologies and what he thought would be best for my home. His quote was very competitive and during the process, which took several days he check on his workers and with me regularly to make sure everything was progressing on schedule and to my liking. Additionally Eric handled all the paperwork for the City Permits and available rebates.
