The first words out of Mr. Martinez's mouth were negative. He said that my phone lines were all Jerry rigged and he set to to try to straighten them out. Immediately, my DSL stopped working. He said he did nothing to cause this and came into my office and said "its unplugged." No, I said, that is an extra plug. Anyway, finally he said that all he had sone was to remove some DSL filters. I asked him to put them back. He didn't want to do it as he said that wasn't the problem. I asked again and he put them back. DSL was up and running again. Mr. M wanted to explain how the telephone wires were run and how he wanted to do them. I said I wasn't interested as I didn't know anything about wiring telephones. He showed me anyway. (I'm just a woman, I guess.) He said he could redo my wiring and fix everything for several hundred dollars.

HIGHLY recommended! Was very polite and professional and extremely respectful of how the new wiring would impact our (finished) home. Seems very detail oriented and went way out of his way to make sure that not only the job was done well, but that it would look really good also. Didn't complain about furniture in the way or other obstacles. Charged us flat (low) rates for installing the new jacks, despite having also spent over an hour with us just talking about what our requirements were (which we changed after consultation), and thinking about the best way to satisfying our needs (before even starting the work).

Jesse arrived almost 45 minutes after the time we originally agreed upon, but he did call at the 25 min. mark to let me know that his previous job was finished, and that he would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was very professional and friendly (even when fixing my lines required walking around in the soft mud in my basement and working by flashlight!) He didn't waste any time with idle chitter-chatter (much appreicated), but answered my various questions. He even replaced the older junction boxes without being asked.
