I have used them for 10 years. They are reliable and connection is pretty good for most of the time. It goes down every once in while or gets cut off and I just call them to fix it. They do it remotely.

a bit of a mixup.  I reported a problem.........they arranged for a home visit because they couldn't fix on phone.  The neighborhood was out because of a chewed line.  They also sent someone out BUT the second person rang the bell (he says), I was home, in the back with first repair person..........so the second just left us to figure out what happened.  Not good.............very bad/  Evemtia;;u we figured it out but not without difficulty
