+ -1 morea bit of a mixup. I reported a problem.........they arranged for a home visit because they couldn't fix on phone. The neighborhood was out because of a chewed line. They also sent someone out BUT the second person rang the bell (he says), I was home, in the back with first repair person..........so the second just left us to figure out what happened. Not good.............very bad/ Evemtia;;u we figured it out but not without difficulty
