Description of Work: Our agent at Coldwell Banker helped us find a home in the San Jose area. We were looking for over a year. The agent showed us dozens and dozens of homes always patient and enthusiastic. We had some very specific needs and were searching in a tough market when inventory was low. He was very knowledgeable, the transaction went very smoothly. The office knows real estate and has a full set of resources for every aspect of home selling and purchasing.
