Very professional although more costly than I expected, but Phantom Screens are essentially the only game in town. I am very satisfied with them.

Wonderful! They helped pick right choice of colors and materials. Installation went very well, it was nice to have a a person who knows exactly what they are doing. It is beautiful, functions great.

I chose this company after researching because of their unique retractable screen system so I don't have to worry about my grandchildren hurting their fingers.

The installers and the salespeople are very nice and responsive. Initially the office was a bit inefficient. They didn't call to schedule the installation until after the date I told them I would be on vacation. Then they made an error in the time of the scheduled installation twice. The installer then came on his day off and did not have all the right color parts because he was a last minute sub. He said the office would schedule a recall. After two weeks, I called and scheduled the recall. The installer for the recall was terrific, replaced the hardware with the right color and adjusted the doors. Now everything is perfect but it was a bit more bother for me that it should have been.
It was hard to know how to rate this as the service was such a mixed bag.

Service was very professional. They confirmed the appointment time, and called when they were running late. The installation was very quick, and the finished product looks great!

The product was good, but I wasn?t terribly impressed with the salesman; I was at first though. When I asked for a specific piece of information, I first of all got incorrect information. It was close to what I wanted to hear, but he did stop, take measurements and correct the information. I have two large sliding glass doors, and what existed was simply a 1-inch mullion that broke up the view looking out the doors. I was concerned about how much of a block there was going to be in the middle due to the screen door. At first, I was told it would be 2.25 inches and I was willing to accept that, and when he actually checked, it turned out to be 4 inches; I accepted that too. However, when I tried to make the point that it was 4 inches compared to the original 1 inch, he got very defensive about that. We went back and forth on that, and it was not very pleasant. I would probably use them again in the future.

The experience was very good. They sent out a very nice technician who knew what he was doing. He gave us a lot of good information and I liked the product a lot. It is a little expensive because it is a knew product but it's worth it.
