Cleanmycarpets.com exceeded our expectations on service quality and results. We had not had our carpets professionally cleaned for 8 years. High traffic areas were severely stained and we were not able to clean them with retail products (e.g., resolve, etc.). We nearly purchased new carpet, but decided to give carpet cleaning a try. The cleanmycarpets.com team did a fantastic job. They successfully removed the stains in the high traffic areas, and overall the carpet looked great. Asked John to clean the tile and grout, and this came out looking fantastic as well. Highly recommended!!!!!!
