The completed work was of good quality, but promise dates were consistently missed and schedule performance was haphazard at best. CIMA agreed and signed a contract modification early in the job to do additional tasks, but never returned to complete that contracted work. This contract breach and the fact that CIMA took away all the unused paint planned for touch up without our permission raises a huge red flag regarding CIMA's integrity. Phone calls were never returned regarding both of these issues.
