Thanks Chimney Clean. Service was excellent. Cleaning was quoted easily at desk. Very friendly. Gave a call before appointment as reminder. Came on time. Cleaned out dryer ducts quickly. Then went to chimney. Noticed that I had hand made spark arrester and recommended a chimney cap. Gave me good advice on black cap and installed new cap for me. When cleaning also noticed mortar was missing from bottom of flue, so completed repair. Also noted that rear wall of firebox was cracked. So put in a heat reflector. Made other suggestions for updating to gas fireplace if I want, tools and other things they could do for me. Service costs were similar to others quoted and service tech was very nice, polite and friendly. Answered all my questions. I greatly appreciated the help and getting everything done so quickly. Especially protecting my chimney from rain, damage and deterioration. I know that people want to sell more product but this guy was not pushy or salesy, but just made recommendations based on what was going on with my chimney that I appreciated. Thanks so much for excellent service!!! Great job all around. I will definitely look at Chimney Clean when I start looking at getting a gas chimney install completed.

Dennis showed up on time, however, we were not there when he came by (my fault, I got the times mixed up). Dennis was patient and waited for us to get there (30min later). He continued to do the job, without attitude, even though we made him wait. A professional through and through. He even educated my wife on how to care for the chimney/start a fire. Since we're new home owners, that was important.
He was also on task to clear the lint trap/dryer line. He did, and discovered the previous owner had done a "fixit" job that was not up to spec/code. He repaired and and made it better.
Yes, I'd recommend his services to anyone!

He did a great job. He was so quiet we didn't even know he was there! He explained what he was doing to make sure it was what we were asking for before he started.

The technician arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous, thorough and professional. These guys use a brush on poles that abrades the inside of the vent piping to make sure all the lint is removed, while blowing from the inside out at the same time. Other services typically just blow or suck out the lint which isn't so effective. He cleaned up every speck of lint that had been blown outside, and also took pains to remove all the lint from the back of the dryer. I would highly recommend these guys for this type of work.

The inspector arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the chimney before inspecting it.  The drop cloths kept the house clean.  They found some problems that the owners were unaware of, creating a potential fire hazard.  I have used them many times for inspections and they are consistently superior to other companies I have used.  Chimney Clean Company is always my first choice.

Dennis arrived promptly and set up. He completed cleaning all carpets efficiently, including some dirt and stain spots. The job was finished in about 2 hours. Carpets were slightly damp but shoes covers were provided to walk on the carpets until they were dry, which was a few hours later. The results have been very pleasing.

I called for a quote and a friendly woman talked me through the process of the job. I made my appointment. I can't remember if I had to wait a significant time, but I don't remember it being a problem. When the men came to do the job, they were on time and professional. They made sure the area inside was well protected from damage and soot before beginning. Once the job was done, they vacuumed and cleaned the area so there was no evidence they had been there. We discussed everything they had done and they answered all of my questions.

They always do a great job, plus they recommended a larger spark arrestor to install next time which was a great idea.

shwed up on time did the cleaning and inspection and gave me the bad news . flu tiles cracked on inside so needed a total rebuild in order to use it. The good news was he could make it safe by grounding out the mortar in the big cracks and repack to make chimney safe so bricks won't fall. But fireplace unusable. Eric very nice well spoken young man.

We thought our dryer's heating element had stopped working, so called for repair. The repair guy said that the reason the dryer wasn't heating was because the vent to the outside was completely clogged with lint. The repair guy recommended we call Chimney Clean.
