He was right on time, ready to work, and had the job done very quickly. Easy price negotiation onsite, parts available, he really knew his stuff. Cleaned the area very well when finished, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend hiring him for any of your plumbing projects.

Overall: mixed bag. The job was to replace two sink faucets in master bath. They responded first to the HomeAdvisor post. Good reviews and I knew they are not inexpensive. Decided to hire because local guys, at 50% of Chandler's price, were not available for a week. First appointment on Saturday was not kept. Rescheduled for Monday, never arrived. Tuesday: one faucet can't be unscrewed because of rust, needs to be cut possibly damaging the sink. We decided to replace the sinks while we were at it. Quoted price ($500 per sink) way beyond reasonable. After some haggling dropped to $725 for both, with lots of complaints about "your house is way out of our service area". So why did you want the job in the first place? Sink removal does not go well, tiles crack around one sink and need to be replaced. Luckily we have spare tiles which the technician installs skillfully. On the third day finally job is done and the final results look quite good, despite the problems along the way. I am on the fence about recommending. The final result, while satisfactory, did cost a lot in terms of money and stress.

I had a slow drain problem with one of my bathroom sink. Evan came on time and tried hard many things including snaking and water jet, but he could not find the root cause. He worked so hard, however, at the end, he suggested me to replace whole sewer line under my house and gave me a quote $8500. I had to contact another plumber and found out that the root cause was a heavy blockage in the pipe behind of the wall right below the sink, and that piece had to be replaced with a minor hole on the wall with $450. I take Evan's suggestion all valid and nice to do, but I'm glad that I did not have to spend $8500 at the end.

My kitchen faucet finally died so I removed it and installed a new one. However, while trying to hook up the hot water source the metal hose detached from the valve (cheap valve). No problem, I'll install a new hot water valve. Went to go shut off the water and discovered my water shut off valve wasn't working! To make a long story short Evan with Chandlers Plumbing came out and replaced the valve (with a much better ball socket one) and charged a lot less than other plumbers estimated.

Their service was on time and smooth. They took care of the install of a new garbage disposal unit in less than an hour and left no issues unresolved. Appreciate their prompt service and that too at a reasonable price for a lifetime guarantee on their work.
