They were a little late but no complaints form me my only thing I had a hard time trying to understanding then, there English was hard to understand. Now having said that I was satisfied with all they did I would use then again for similar services. Snaking out a drain

Chandler's Plumbing has taken care of us in the past with a new water heater, and came in clutch again repairing a leak beyond the kitchen drain. The technician arrived for scheduled appointment on time. The corroded pipe was in the crawl space, so unfortunately I am unable to verify completeness of the work. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because the water line was inadvertently severed, which then also needed to be repaired, and for not removing/discarding all materials (e.g. tarp) from under the house.

Jose and Gilbert did an outstanding job. They showed up in time, listened to my description of the project, kept me informed as they worked through the troubleshooting and final resolution, were conscientious about keeping our home clean, gave me the old parts (showing the defects), and submitted a neat, detailed bill. They also didn't fix anything that did not need fixing. I was very happy with the service they performed and would not hesitate to call them again!
