We met Carol when we were dissatisfied with American Home Mortgage. Carol really took us in took care of us and spent hours explaining the whole process with us. We felt like she actually cared more about us then about her commission. Her customer service and responsiveness were unmatched in the industry from what we can see.

THEY WERE RIGHT THERE WITH THE REST OF THE MARKET. BUT WE FELT COMFORTABLE GOING WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN REFERRED TO US BY A FRIEND. SOMETIMES WE HAD A HARD TIME CONNECTING WITH OUR BROKER AND THERE WOULD BE A DAY OR TWO BEFORE WE WOULD HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN AND THAT WOULD BE VERY FRUSTRATING. HOWEVER I FELT THAT HE HAD A HANDLE ON OUR LOAN AND DIDN'T LET US DOWN ABOUT LOCKING IN A GOOD RATE.
