They were very good and they did our floors.  We were moving into a new home and we had to get rid of the old carpeting and just fix up the old floors which were in a good condition but they just had to be refinished.  They also did our wooden floors.   It was affordable and not much.  There was wall carpeting and so they removed that.  They sanded down the floors and they applied a kind of finish.  In the kitchen they had removed the old tiles and it was really deep.  When the floor had been tiled it was just re-tiled and they didn’t remove the old tile.  It was layers of plastic tiles for the kitchen.  They got rid of that and a lot of glue.  They found the wood under that and fixed that and they did a good job.  I was able to negotiate the price with them. It was the second time we had used them.
