+ 7 moreAfter our first remodel 18 years ago with Casey Construction Sousa Enterprises we have never called any other contractor. From start to finish they try to do everything possible to meet your needs and vision for your remodel. They pay attention to the smallest details. They are professional, easy to work with, courteous, and conscientious. From their years of experience they offer insight into your design that often even the architect or designers don't think about. From the start of the project they are aware of how a remodel impacts the household and make every effort to minimize that impact. At the end of each day they clean up as much as possible so there are not messes everywhere. During the time they are working on the project someone is there working most every day hence there is very little down time. At the start they give you a projected timeline so things flow smoothly. There are less expensive and more expensive contractors but Casey Construction is worth what you pay.
Description of Work: We did a major remodel that consisted of building a new kitchen into what was our existing dining room. So essentially we built the kitchen from the floor up. Working with Casey Construction Sousa Enterprises, we designed the project which included new plumbing, new electrical and lighting, gas lines for appliances, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and all new appliances. They drew our plans and submitted them for permits with the city. We also remodeled the old kitchen, essentially gutting it, adding different windows, new lighting and turned it into a dining room. This is the 4th remodel we have done with Casey Construction. Previously we added a new second floor master bedroom and bath. We have also expanded two other rooms on the first floor by pushing out existing walls.
