Mr. Homero was very professional, on time, and explained the work to be done very well.

Old gas furnace needed modifications since replacement parts were no longer available. Cappella found new part, modified furnace to accept new part and saved me from replacing the entire furnace. Took time to review operation with me and tested furnace operation several times to ascertain it was working properly. I highly recommend Cappella.

Omero was very professional, there was a light glitch by the time he was done. he stayed late and made sure everything was working correctly and that it would not create any additional issues for us. explained everything in detail of what the problem was. would definitely recommend him to anybody in need of his services.

Mr. Capella was prompt to respond, said he could fix our problem over the phone. He indicated no charge to identify the problem. He arrived, got to work and had the unity running in 20 minutes. The repair cost one-fifth of what we had anticipated. He will be our first call for any future problem or replacement. He did not create a to-do list of additional work. He was completely across town when we first called; fortunately he had a prior appointment that was one block away from our home.
