I discovered that the outside pane of a small window (19x19) on the second floor had broken, leaving an opening and cracks. Fortunately the inner pane was unbroken and no water leaked in.
 I thought I might replace the entire unit, frame and all and called window replacement companies; but that was proving to be expensive.  So I decided to replace the glass.
Campbell Glass was referred by the concierge service.  They called immediately to set up an appointment to measure. And within a week, the new pane was installed quickly and neatly.

They did a great job, were professional, called me right away, were on time, cleaned up their mess and I would use them again.

I got this company from Angie's List and the service is good. There's a bunch of details that's involved and kind of like getting a bid but also getting the work done and they followed through on us. There was a couple of little problems and they solved them expeditiously.

A man from Campbell came out reasonably promptly to inspect what needed doing; noted an additional problem with one door, and seemed quite knowledgeable. But there seemed to be a lot of delay in getting back to me re price, and then when I had a question about the price, I had to call them a second time about it nearly a week later. Still, in the end, I had them do the work and I was entirely satisfied with the work they did. Courteous, knowledgeable, neat, effective. And, a month and a half later, everything is still working fine. I would definitely recommend them.

I brought the frame in on a Wednesday afternoon; on Thursday -- before 10 AM -- I was called. The job was complete. I know this wasn't a big project, but based on my experience (and other Angie's List reviews) I won't hesitate to call again with glass or mirror work: large or small!

We were originally looking to replace the glass in two double pane windows that had
become fogged and streaked. Phil from Campbell Glass came to our home and
took measurements and determined correct window tints for the replacements.

Out of curiousity, we asked Phil to look at two windows on our second story addition that
were still single pane windows. He let us know that it would be very simple and
straightforward to replace these windows with new retrofit, double pane windows.
There was also a double pane window in this second story addition that had
pulled away from the wall slightly and appeared to be coming loose. Phil mentioned
that he could also take care of this window by reinstalling the screw that was anchoring
the window to the wall.

We were very impressed with Phil and asked for a quote that arrived promptly the next
day via a phone call and later via email. Since it was a fair quote and since Phil would
be performing the work himself we scheduled for the work to be performed as soon as
our new retrofit windows arrived (approx. two (2) weeks).

On the day of installation Phil arrived promptly and took care of everything within about
four (4) hours. This included the installation of two (2) new retrofit windows on our
second story addition. All work was performed excellently and we are very happy with
the results.

It only took one week from my initial request for an estimate to the glass actually being replaced. They also were willing to look for (and found) replacement trim for one of the windows, which a couple of other companies were not willing to do. Other companies said that they would need to replace the entire window. The installer was friendly and very efficient.
