Both Kelly and David helped us come up with great ideas, and worked really hard to stay within our budget by giving us alternatives to some of our more expensive wish list ideas. Kelly was a master at putting our thoughts and ideas to design so we could see them on paper. She did a wonderful job of getting to know me and my style, and helped guide me to the tiles, paint, fixtures and cabinetry that best reflected my style.  If she felt my choices weren't quite right, she would offer her thoughts, but always supported my final decision. 
David did a fantastic job of putting the project together, using excellent subcontractors to carry out the plumbing, electrical, and painting. With David managing the project, we always knew what to expect each day. Everyone arrived on time as expected and left with the house clean and everything organized or put away so we could enjoy our evenings, even while living in a construction zone! If there were any problems that arose, David took care of them quickly and efficiently, though very few problems ever came up! Everyone was respectful of our home and sensitive to our needs, which was very important as each day brought new house 'guests'  to the front door.
Tim was in charge of all the construction work and is a master of detail and perfection in everything he does.  The demolition was done efficiently and left clean every evening.  Whether it was construction of door frames, mounting windows, installing cabinetry, or putting up molding, his workmanship was nothing less than perfect and all the little details he paid special attention to has created a home that we love to live in every day.
Overall, through a year of living in a construction zone, it has been an extremely positive experience working with
CAGE Design Build.

They were very professional and from start to finish they let me know what was going to happen so that there were no surprises. When there was a surprise, they explained to me what had happened and they kept me up to date on everything. The main contractor was really personable and he had fantastic customer service. They were a little pricey but I knew that everything would be done exactly like I wanted if not better. I knew that the guy was a perfectionist and everything was going to be the best that it could be.
